Honeycomb panels unique to Profile Pools & Spas are the basis of the construction they consist of a tubular core sandwiched between two laminated skins. The core materials being thermoplastics polycarbonate and polypropylene; which sandwich the longitudinally bonded 3.5mm to 14mm diameter honeycomb structure. In essence this type of construction when finished is extremely strong rigid and very lightweight. Allowing the finished Pools & Spas to be tiled in the tile of your choice.

One piece fully tiled Pools are unique to Profile Pools in the UK. tiling a one peice shell is only possible because of the advanced materials used in the construction Pool shells manufactured from standard materials are two flexible therefore causing the tiles to crack or fall off during transit and or installation. Also bracing a standard Fiberglass Pool shell still doesn't add enough strength to stop the shell from flexing.
